1. About FreightSynQ
FreightSynQ is a cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) that enables Indian transporters, logistics businesses, and fleet operators to manage LR/Bilti generation, FASTag-based vehicle tracking, e-way bill integration, GST-compliant billing, and fleet operations — all from a single platform.

By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements and are authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of your organization.
3. Account Registration & Security
OTP Verification
You must register using a valid mobile number or email address. OTP-based verification is required at sign-up.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
Unauthorized Access
Immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Sub-Users
Each account may support multiple users as per your subscription plan. You are responsible for all actions taken by sub-users under your organization account.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
Plans
FreightSynQ offers multiple subscription plans. Details are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan offerings with 30 days' prior notice.
Free Trial
New users may access a free trial as described on the Pricing page. The free trial is limited to one per business entity. Misuse (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in account suspension.
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
- Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension after a 7-day grace period
Refund Policy
- Platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault — pro-rated credit for the affected period
- Accidental duplicate payments — refunded within 7 working days upon verification

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to report violations to appropriate authorities.
6. Data Ownership
Your data is yours
All business data you input — LR records, vehicle data, driver information, invoices — remains your property at all times.
Limited license to us
You grant FreightSynQ a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Platform services to you.
No ownership claim
We do not claim any ownership over your operational or business data.
Data export on exit
Upon account termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days after closure. After this period, data may be deleted as per our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The FreightSynQ Platform — including its software, design, branding, user interface, algorithms, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of FreightSynQ, protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and technology laws.
Your subscription does not allow you to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform
- Use our branding, logo, or trademarks without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the Platform
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform integrates with government systems (GSTN, NIC for e-way bills) and third-party services (FASTag, payment gateways). We are not responsible for:
- Downtime or changes to government APIs (GSTN, NIC, FASTag)
- Data accuracy from third-party sources such as FASTag toll crossing records
- Policy changes by third-party services that affect Platform functionality
9. Limitation of Liability
FreightSynQ shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
By FreightSynQ
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity detected on your account
- Non-payment of subscription fees after the grace period
- Court order or government directive
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FreightSynQ, its team, and service providers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- False or fraudulent data entered into the Platform by you or your users
- Any dispute between you and your customers, drivers, consignors, or consignees
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Contract Act 1872, and applicable GST legislation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
