FreightSynQ is a cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) built for Indian transporters, logistics companies, and fleet owners. Our platform handles LR/Bilti generation, FASTag-based vehicle tracking, e-way bill integration, GST billing, and fleet operations.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the FreightSynQ Platform

Process LR/Bilti generation, invoices, and e-way bills

Enable FASTag-based vehicle tracking and fleet management

Send OTPs and authentication messages for secure login

Process subscription payments and manage your account

Send transactional emails — invoices, account alerts, support replies

Improve Platform features based on usage patterns

Comply with applicable laws including GST and IT Act requirements

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

We do not sell your personal or business data to any third party. We do not use your transport or shipment data for any purpose other than providing Platform services to you.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

Supabase

Our database & backend infrastructure. All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases and processed only as instructed by us.

Firebase (Google)

Used for OTP-based authentication. Phone numbers are shared only for the purpose of sending OTPs.

GST Network (GSTN) / NIC

E-way bill and GST data is shared with government systems as required by Indian law.

Payment Gateways

Subscription payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store your card details.

Legal Authorities

We may disclose data if required by a court order, government authority, or applicable Indian law.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS
Databases are encrypted at rest
Multi-tenant architecture ensures complete data isolation between accounts
OTP-based authentication for secure login
Role-based access controls — only authorized users within your organization can access your data
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

6. Data Retention

Active Accounts

All operational data (LRs, invoices, e-way bills) is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years, as required by GST regulations.

Deleted Accounts

Personal data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Business and transaction records may be retained up to 7 years to comply with Indian tax laws.

Marketing Data

Retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you

Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

Withdraw Consent: Withdraw marketing consent at any time

Grievance Redressal: File a complaint if you believe your data was misused

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
